Compensation: $65K-$85K DOE

Location: Enumclaw, WA

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager for a leading company in the building industry, specializing in providing top-tier cladding, facades, siding, and rainscreens. This integral role requires a thorough understanding of project management principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage all aspects of a project. The successful candidate will liaise directly with management and sales, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Project Manager Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop full scale project plans and manage project budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff.
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Report on project progress, problems, and solutions to all stakeholders.
  • Establish new business opportunities with existing & potential customers.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge base of the entire product line.
  • Work closely with inside sales representatives and assist in developing new business ideas and marketing materials.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of outside sales or project management experience in the building products industry.
  • General knowledge of roofing and siding.
  • Proven organizational skills and strong initiative.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects & tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor both on the phone and in person.
  • Computer knowledge - Word, Excel, Outlook, Builder's Exchange, Construction Connect.
  • Excellent customer service and strong time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prudent and reliable.
