What You'll Be Doing- Operate crush plant, wash plant and heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Proven ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and overnight as needed.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
