Position Summary

Parker Hannifin Hydraulic Actuator Division in Enumclaw, WA is seeking an Advanced CNC Machinist on 1st shift to set up and operate machining equipment to produce actuators for large industrial equipment.

Sign‑on bonus available up to $1,500. Shift: 1:00 AM – 1:30 PM.

• Set up machines on repeat jobs with existing programs.
• Load, unload, deburr, and inspect all parts produced.
• Move offsets and perform simple edits on the control.
• Actively participate in High Performance Teams and company-sponsored training programs.
• Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Strong verbal comprehension and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a CNC lathe, shaper, hobber, manual gear‑checking, or mill operator (or equivalent). Ability to demonstrate this knowledge to the supervisor.
• Previous experience in this field is preferred, but not required.

• Pay Range: $27.78 /hr to $32.51 /hr.
