Job
Responsibilities- Make setups on repeat jobs with existing programs.
- Load, unload, deburr, and perform all inspection of any run in the cell.
- Move offsets and perform simple editing on the control.
- Do simple editing at the discretion of the supervisor.
- Actively participate in High Performance Teams and company-sponsored training programs.
- Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Minimum three years of experience as a CNC lathe, shaper, hobber, or mill operator or equivalent; ability to demonstrate this knowledge to the supervisor.
- Previous experience in this field preferred but not required.
- Pay Range: $27.78/hr to $32.51/hr
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
- Sign‑on bonus for machinists up to $1,500
- 2nd‑Shift differential: $1/hr

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to hear and speak. The employee must regularly stand, walk, sit and use hands to grasp and handle. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 40 lbs. The employee will regularly bend, stoop, and stretch handling parts/objects in various situations. Specific vision requirements include close vision, ability to focus, and depth perception.
This position may be exposed to oils, dirt, fumes, and moving equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
