Job Overview
Position:
Advanced Machinist (2nd Shift) – Enumclaw, WA. Shift differential of $1/hr.
Schedule:
1:15 PM to 9:45 PM; required to train on 1st shift (5 AM – 1:30 PM).
- Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
- Load, unload, deburr, and inspect run items in the cell.
- Move offsets and perform simple control edits.
- Prepare basic setups as allowed by supervisor per PSPF 013.
- Actively participate in High Performance Teams and company-sponsored training programs.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC lathe, shaper, hobber, manual gear‑checking or mill operator, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
Frequently required to hear and speak. Must stand, walk, sit, and use hands to grasp and handle. Occasionally lift up to 40 lb. Regularly bend, stoop, and stretch. Vision requirements include close vision, ability to focus, and depth perception. Exposure to oils, dirt, fumes, moving equipment, and moderate to loud noise.
Benefits & Compensation- Pay range: $27.78/hr to $32.51/hr.
