Responsibilities
Advanced Machinist – 2nd shift (Enumclaw, WA). 2nd shift schedule: 1:15 PM to 9:45 PM. Required to train on 1st shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM).
- Keeps machines and work areas clean and organized.
- Loads, unloads, deburrs and performs all inspection of any run in the cell.
- Moves offsets and performs simple editing on the control.
- Performs basic preparation of setups (only as allowed by supervisor on PSPF 013, posted in that cell).
- Actively participates in High Performance Teams and company-sponsored training programs.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC lathe, shaper, hobber, manual gear checking equipment, or mill operator or the equivalent; ability to demonstrate this knowledge to the supervisor.
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to hear and speak; must regularly stand, walk, sit, and use hands to grasp and handle. The employee may lift up to 40 lbs, bend, stoop, and stretch handling parts/objects in various situations. Specific vision requirements include close vision, ability to focus, and depth perception. The position may be exposed to oils, dust, fumes, and moving equipment.
The noise level is usually moderate to loud.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule Competitive Compensation- Pay Range: $27.78/hr to $32.51/hr
