Position
Advanced Machinist – 2nd Shift – Enumclaw, WA
Responsibilities- Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
- Load, unload, deburr, and inspect all runs in the cell.
- Move offsets and perform simple edits on the control.
- Prepare basic setups as authorized by supervisor.
- Participate in High Performance Teams and company-sponsored training programs.
2nd shift schedule: 1:15 PM to 9:45 PM.
Shift differential: $1.00 per hour.
- Pay Range: $27.78/hr to $32.51/hr.
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
Employee must regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands to grasp and handle; lift up to 40 lb.; bend, stoop, stretch; close vision, focus, depth perception; exposure to oils, dirt, fumes, moving equipment; moderate to loud noise level.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a CNC lathe, shapers, hobbers, or mill operator (or equivalent) with demonstrated knowledge.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
