JOB SUMMARYThe Terrain Park Groomer plays a key role in creating and maintaining a safe, creative, and progressive terrain park experience for guests. This position is responsible for grooming and shaping terrain park features and surrounding slopes, operating and performing daily inspections of Pisten Bully grooming equipment, assisting with the design, construction, and maintenance of jumps, jibs, and other snow features, and collaborating with the grooming team to deliver exceptional park conditions.
The ideal candidate has prior snowcat grooming experience, a strong understanding of terrain park operations and feature design, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic mountain environment.
- Maintains and grooms features in the terrain park and surrounding slopes
- Operates PB400 and PB600 snowcats in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintains fluid levels, performs daily machine inspections, and reports any/all damage to vehicle maintenance
- Assists in the building, installation, and transport of terrain park jibs and snow features
- Completes required hand/rake work around terrain park features when needed
- Assists the rest of the grooming crew when possible
