WHITERIVERALF seeks a capable hospital cook to manage and operate the kitchen when the Dietary Supervisor is absent. You will prepare large quantities of meals, follow menus, and ensure proper diets while maintaining safety and sanitation.
The role requires at least one year of hospital or long-term care cooking experience, a high school diploma, and a valid Serv Safe certificate. Knowledge of PCC and health guidelines is preferred, with attention to accurate portions and temperatures.
