Headworks Hand Crafted Ales Inc in Enumclaw, WA is looking for bartenders to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. Compensation is minimum wage plus tips.
Current shifts available are weekday evenings and Saturday evening. Totaling 10 to 15 hrs
We also need staff to cover shifts when current staff has time off.
Responsibilities- Pour beer or other beverages for customers
- Interact with customers, take orders and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Open or close brewery
- Clean and stock bar, bathroom, and seating area
- Proven working experience is service industry
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Current Mast and Food Handlers permit
- 21 + Years old
