As a restaurant hostess/host of Crystal Mountain you have the most control over the flow of the restaurant. You are a key piece in the restaurant operation and direct the flow of service, working with the manager, the servers, and the kitchen on timing seatings to provide the best possible guest experience. You will greet guests with a smile as they enter and show them to their table, engaging with guests to ensure their meal is as good as it should be.

To do well in this role you should be comfortable standing for long periods and keeping order over a very busy shift.

• Greet guests promptly in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
• Manage waitlists using designated systems
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and maintain communication with waiting guests
• Escort guests to tables and present menus in accordance with service standards
• Maintain awareness of table availability, server sections, and pacing of service
