Fugate Ford in Enumclaw, WA is looking for a skilled and self-driven Ford Mobile Service Technician to represent our dealership out in the field. In this role, you'll operate a fully equipped Fugate Ford Mobile Service vehicle, bringing dealership-quality repairs and maintenance directly to customers at their homes, workplaces, and fleet locations. This position is built for a technician who thrives working independently, brings strong diagnostic ability, and delivers a top-tier service experience beyond the shop floor.

What You'll Do
  • Travel to customer homes and businesses using the Fugate Ford Mobile Service van to perform on-site repairs and maintenance
  • Complete scheduled services, recalls, diagnostics, and software updates in the field
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds lasting satisfaction and loyalty
  • Plan and prepare each day's appointments with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers informed
  • Document all services and repairs accurately on repair orders
  • Stay current with Ford technical service bulletins and complete required training
  • Operate and maintain the Mobile Service van safely and responsibly
  • Adapt to varying work environments and weather conditions with a professional demeanor
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of professional automotive experience in a dealership or high-volume shop
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance
  • High level of organization and time management - able to self-direct daily workflow
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably in changing outdoor conditions
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
