Eqib in Epe zoekt een HR Business Partner die de verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het volledige HR-domein van twee entiteiten met gezamenlijk ongeveer 80 medewerkers. In deze rol ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor managers en directie, met focus op zowel beleid als uitvoering van HR-processen.
De functie biedt veel zelfstandigheid en vergt strategisch inzicht gecombineerd met praktische uitvoering. Je ondersteunt de organisatie in organisatieontwikkeling en verbetert HR-systemen. Geïnteresseerden dienen ervaring te hebben in HR-functies en een hbo- of universitair diploma in HR te bezitten.
