About the Role:

* Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for two-year-olds.

* Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.

* Observe and assess children's developmental progress and needs.

* Facilitate play-based learning experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

* Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and classroom activities.

* Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall educational experience.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials.

* Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

* Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

* Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.

* Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Creative, energetic, and passionate about early childhood education.

* CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

* Background check clearance required.
