Controls Integrator

The Controls Integrator will be responsible for designing, programming, and implementing control systems for custom-built automation machines and upgrades. This position plays a key role in delivering reliable, efficient, and high-performing equipment to our customers across a variety of industries.

Design and develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materials using AutoCAD or Solid Works Electrical.

Program PLCs and HMIs (Allen Bradley, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, etc.) for automation systems.

Integrate sensors, servo systems, and motion controls.

Support installation, startup, and troubleshooting at customer sites.

Collaborate with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure successful project execution.

Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with machine operation manuals.

Occasionally assist with panel fabrication or wiring.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in automation programming or machine controls.

Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen Bradley preferred).

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and/or Solid Works Electrical.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, sensors, and device communications.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Robot programming and pneumatic/hydraulic experience are a plus.
