$20.80 – $22.50/hour + Shift & Weekend Differentials

Med Tech Charge Position Details:
Schedule: 16 hours/week, day shift (6:30am–2:30pm),
Pay: $20.80–$22.50/hour + shift & weekend differentials
Certification: Current Med Tech certification for PA Personal Care Home required
What You’ll Do as a Med Tech Charge:
Provide compassionate daily care to residents (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, etc.)
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly
Assist with activities, dining services, laundry, and room tidiness
Uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards
Support our mission and contribute to a positive, caring atmosphere
What We’re Looking For in a Med Tech Charge:
A licensed Med Tech in Pennsylvania
Someone who can work independently and as part of a team
A caring professional who can maintain composure in stressful situations
A commitment to respecting resident dignity and preferences
