Prepares and cooks ingredients in accordance with production work orders, standardized recipes, and batch requirements;
Follows all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to food safety standards (HACCP, GMPs, etc.);
Accurately completes all required documentation, including HACCP logs, production forms, and quality control checklists;
Safely lifts and transfers ingredients weighing up to 50 lbs. to elevated platforms as part of batch preparation;
Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with company hygiene and sanitation protocols
