Looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team in entry-level roles. No experience in manufacturing or warehouse? That's okay — we welcome candidates from fast food, day care and entry level roles in any industry! Accepting college students for the summer!
Location:
Ephrata, PA
Pay Range: $15
Shift: 6a-4:30p M-F, may get out early some days
What's the Job?
- Assist in food preparation within a cold environment to ensure quality standards are met
- Support the production team by handling general labor tasks efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to work in a cold environment comfortably
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
