Giblets 3rd ShiftThe PCM is responsible for ensuring that good manufacturing practice is being performed to ensure that a safe and high-quality product is being produced.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Other duties may be assigned.
- Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are being produced; reporting any deficiencies that are found.
- Interpret and enforce good manufacturing practice (GMP), regulations, and procedures to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Maintain records that would confirm that good manufacturing practices are being implemented.
- Other duties may be assigned at the request of the 2nd Processing Superintendent.
Education and/or experience:
High diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of experience and/or training; or the combination equivalent of both education and experience.
