We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team on night shift. If you’re looking for a workplace where your skills are valued and your impact matters, this is the place for you!
Position Details
Schedule:
10:30 PM – 6:30 AM, Tuesday - Friday;
No Weekends!
Hours:
32 hours/week
Pay: $32.30 – $34.90/hour Differential:
Evening shift + $3.00/hour | Night Shift + $1.00/hour | Weekends +$1.25/hour Benefits Paid 30-minute lunch break

What You’ll DoAs an LPN at Fairmount Homes, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care.
Responsibilities include:
Administering medications and treatments per physician’s orders
Supervising nursing assistants and ensuring accountability to policies and procedures
Completing accurate nursing documentation and reports
Making resident rounds and monitoring resident status
Communicating updates, incidents, and concerns to the RN Supervisor Assisting with admissions, discharges, transfers, and assessments
Upholding safety, infection control, HIPAA, and compliance standards

Compensation details: 32.3-34.9 Hourly Wage
