Weekend RN Supervisor

Fairmount Homes, Inc., a faith-based continuing care community in Ephrata, PA, seeks a Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee evening and night clinical operations. In this leadership role, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate resident care, respond to changes in condition, and ensure adherence to care plans, policies, and regulatory standards. The RN Supervisor will provide direct clinical support, mentor team members, promote resident-centered care, and collaborate with families and providers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Oversee resident care delivery and adherence to care plans
• Assess and respond to changes in resident condition
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Coordinate staffing, assignments, and workflow on the unit
• Provide direct nursing care as needed, including medication administration
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families on resident needs
• Document care, assessments, and incidents accurately and timely
• Mentor, coach, and train nursing staff and aides
• Promote a faith-based, resident-centered, respectful care environment
