Registered Nurse

Fairmount Homes, Inc., a faith-based continuing care retirement community in Ephrata, PA, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care and resident-centered support in our skilled nursing and personal care settings. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, supervise support staff, and communicate closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. This role supports a culture of dignity, respect, and teamwork while ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and safe, person-directed care for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and personal care settings
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions, reporting changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and records
• Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and health management
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Promote a resident-centered, faith-informed culture of compassion, dignity, and respect
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and staff collaboration
