McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience;
Manage department responsibilities such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results;
Ensure the Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities including delivering a great customer experience, that promotions are done well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service;
Ensure Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities including delivering great quality food to customers quickly, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items added to the menu;
Hire, train, and schedule crew; motivate and recognize them throughout their time working there to meet restaurant goals
