Experienced Slate & Shingle Installer

GSM Roofing is seeking an Experienced Slate & Shingle Installer to join our family-owned commercial roofing team in Ephrata, PA. In this field role, you'll install, repair, and maintain high-quality slate and shingle roofing systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. You'll read plans, ensure watertight details, and follow strict safety standards while working at heights and in varied weather. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace slate and shingle roofing systems on commercial buildings
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and work orders to complete jobs to standard
• Inspect roofs, identify issues, and recommend repair or replacement solutions
• Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain equipment in good condition
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures, including fall protection
• Work at heights and in various weather conditions while maintaining quality work
• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project schedules
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and complete required documentation
