Join Our Team as an Ultrasound Technologist!
We’re looking for a skilled and patient-focused full-time Ultrasound Technologist to join our Radiology & Imaging Department. This role plays a key part in providing high-quality imaging services and ensuring each patient receives exceptional care in a safe and comfortable environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare for and perform all assigned ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols.
- Utilize knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately position and prepare patients for imaging procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of ultrasound equipment, following all infection control guidelines.
- Complete all required documentation and paperwork for each examination performed.
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and report any equipment malfunction or damage to the Radiology Manager.
- Provide courteous, safe, and efficient patient care, including transport, transfer, and positioning assistance.
- Follow all radiation safety, quality assurance, and infection control procedures.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Successful completion of an accredited program and have ARDMS registration.
- Must have RDMS credentials in AB, , OB/GYN, RVT and VT.
- One year of prior experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
- Current CPR certification within three months of hire and remain current thereafter.
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, and factors of ultrasonic exposure sufficient to operate hospital equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, show attention to detail, use judgment to make decisions, maintain confidentiality, and think logically to solve problems.
