Join Our Team in Fast-Paced, Patient-Centered Care
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Emergency Department
team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and your contributions directly impact patient care and outcomes.
As a CNA in the Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in supporting nurses and providers while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing urgent and emergent health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, and other patient data
- Support patient flow by assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs
- Assist clinical staff with procedures and treatments within scope of practice
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment
- Ensure proper stocking of supplies and equipment in patient care areas
- Provide compassionate, respectful care to patients and families in high-stress situations
- Communicate effectively with nurses and other team members regarding patient status and needs
- $1500 recruitment and retention bonus for qualified applicants, we want you here.
- Rotating schedule, 7:00pm - 7:30am, 36 hours each week.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant
- Current BLS certification
- Previous experience within a hospital/nursing home is desirable
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
