Our hospital is more than a facility, it’s a vital part of our close-knit central Washington community. We believe in fostering a work culture built on collaboration, mutual respect, and compassion. Here, you're not just treating patients, you’re building relationships and making a lasting impact.
Working in a rural setting presents unique professional rewards, including broader scope of practice, meaningful patient connections, and a chance to lead community health initiatives. You’ll be supported by a team that values your voice, your experience, and your dedication.
Our community offers the best of both worlds: the tranquility and affordability of small-town living, with easy access to urban amenities.
