Overview

Family Practice is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join their team in central Washington. Enjoy a rural lifestyle in our newest state of the art Family Medicine Clinic with the support of our nearby multi-specialty group.

• This practice consists of two physicians and two advanced practice providers when fully staffed
• Standard four-day work week
• Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Outpatient only with 1:5 nurse triaged, very light call
• General procedures required including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, plus some women’s health and a higher acuity/internal medicine type practice
• Average 20–25 patients per day
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support in Moses Lake and Wenatchee
• Group is a Gold Award Winner of the AMA’s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 4 years longitudinal experience
• Comfortable with full age-range of patients and higher acuity internal medicine patients
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
• Provider who wants to reside in Grant County, Washington

• Competitive yearly salary ranging between $138K - $160K based on experience plus monthly wRVU bonus
