The Opportunity

Provide inpatient care in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital Manage admissions, daily rounding, and discharge coordination Support swing bed patients and care transitions Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery Participate in medical staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives Provide scheduled 24-hour coverage including in-house and on-call responsibilities Maintain or develop procedural skills including central lines, chest tubes, lumbar puncture, and intubation

What We Are Looking For

Active ARNP and RN licensure Board Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Adult-Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) Unrestricted Washington State license, or ability to obtain Current BLS and ACLS certifications Experience managing acute, chronic, and critical conditions Comfort practicing in a rural or semi-rural environment
