We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in our Long-Term Care community. This role focuses on providing daily care and assistance that promotes dignity, safety, and independence.
This position is part-time, 24 hours per week, and temporary. The length of coverage needed is unknown at this time.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, oral care, pericare, dressing, and mobility
- Observe residents and report changes in condition or eating habits to the charge nurse
- Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents throughout the facility
- Assist with meal service, including setting and clearing tables
- Support residents in choosing and participating in activities
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry services in resident and common areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Accurately document care and follow care plans
- Report safety concerns or equipment issues
- Three 8-hour shifts per week, from 2:30pm to 11:00pm
- Temporary role. The length of coverage needed is unknown.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant
- Current BLS certification
- Previous experience within a hospital/nursing home is desirable
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach to care
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to perform a variety of care, dining, and housekeeping tasks
