Job overviewThe Patient Transport Team are looking for an Operational Resource Administrator to assist with all admin within the local Patient Transport Service contract based in Epping to ensure the smooth running of the PTS service by making sure vehicles/equipment are fit for purpose and available on a daily basis. To be responsible for the timely and accurate recording of all timesheet and expenses related information and its submission to payroll.
To provide efficient administration services to support the management Team, including recruitment and ordering uniform.
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager and PTS Operational Managers with general, day to day administrative duties.
- Liaise with the local fleet office administrator and Fleet manager in respect of vehicle accidents and ensure appropriate documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager and PTS Operational Manager in undertaking monthly IPC audits on vehicles and equipment, ensuring records are up to date and reports are accurately submitted.
- Maintain and populate accurate fleet information through the use of Trust’s fleet computer system and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, including service history, MOT and mileage.
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager and PTS Operational Managers and coordinate frequent recruitment events, conducting dictation tests, interviews, pre-employment checks and short listing.
- Responsible for ordering, distribution and return of staff uniform, in line with trust policy and uniform budget. General administrative duties as required including data cleansing.
