Demolition Supervisor

Enviro Vantage, Inc. is an industry‑leading Environmental Remediation & Demolition Contractor founded in 1985 that serves projects nationwide and across the Caribbean.

• Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate on‑site work
• Ensure job completion in a safe and efficient manner
• Implement project‑specific work plans and manage crew labor and equipment time to achieve maximum productivity and meet budgets
• Interface and communicate with clients professionally
• Oversee delivery and off‑loading of supplies and materials
• Complete daily field reports

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Asbestos, Demolition, or Construction Supervisor
• Minimum 2 years related field experience with construction and management
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 required; willing to obtain certificates within 30 days if not current
• 40‑hour Asbestos Supervisor certification required
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules (preferred)
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment (preferred)
• Torch cutting and rigging experience (preferred)
• High school diploma, GED, or vocational schooling (preferred)

• Perform tasks involving bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50–100 pounds
• Pass a physical examination
  
  Pass a background check and obtain access to military bases across the United States
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record

• Hourly range: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
• Actual compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location
