French Speaking Claims Administrator

Our client seeks a French-speaking Claims Representative to join their customer services team. Responsible for recording, processing, and following up on insurance claims, the candidate will handle all related calls and emails. Proficiency in French and English, along with administrative skills, is required for this full-time, permanent position based in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken French and English
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of duty
• Proficiency in synthesizing information and demonstrating good customer care
• Strong command of Internet navigation systems and office tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enquiring mind
• Residence in Cape Town, Western Cape

Duties:

• Recording, handling, and following up on client claims related to insurance
• Managing all calls and emails pertaining to client claims
• Identifying and processing claims using established procedures
• Evaluating damages according to insurer guidelines
• Communicating directly with clients regarding reimbursement proposals
• Utilizing administrative and organizational skills effectively
• Ensuring adherence to procedures at all times
