Position SummaryRetail Store Associates play a meaningful role in the CVS Health family. This position offers a customer-focused opportunity in a high‑impact retail setting, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others.
Essential Functions- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving potential service issues.
- Focus on the customer by greeting warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties – handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
- Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational.
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as development opportunities.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support the purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
- Remain upright on the feet for sustained periods.
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly.
- Visual acuity sufficient to view a computer terminal, read, and perform visual inspection involving small details.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer‑service setting.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Work Hours & CompensationAnticipated weekly hours: 40;

Full time;
Pay range: $15.00‑$19.00 per hour.
