Retail- Early Mornings Service Team Member

Store - EPPING, NH

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping and finding products, and provide a fast checkout experience. In addition, complete truck unloading, merchandise duties, and store recovery standards to deliver the Brand Promises.

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including return/go‑back processes and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In‑Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws, execute policies and standards.
• Interact positively and respectfully with others, promote commitment to the organization’s values.
• Cross‑train in custom framing selling and production.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Remain standing for long periods.
• Move throughout the store.
• Bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
• When assistance required, engage supervisor for accommodations.
• Work in a climate‑controlled retail setting; some stock rooms may not be climate‑controlled. Occasional outdoor work may be required to retrieve carts or unload trucks; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
