Eriez is seeking an Aftermarket Sales and Service Coordinator to serve as the main liaison between customers, service engineers, sales, and operations. You will own the aftermarket sales process from quotations through service delivery, including spare parts, repairs, and warranty support.
You will coordinate priorities, maintain records, and drive process improvements while identifying opportunities to grow aftermarket revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
