Enviro Vantage is looking for a Jr. Heavy Equipment Operator
.
- Excavation
- Site Work
- Demolition
- Building Take-Down
- Water, Sewer, and Utility Work
- Willing to get out of seat and help crews as needed
- Must be focused on SAFETY at all times
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment, including basic repairs
- Tracking scheduled maintenance and notifying supervisors if past due
- Filling out performance records to track equipment use and report problems
- Minimum of 2 years of excavation experience required
- OSHA 10 or higher construction training preferred. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire
- Hoisting 2A and 1C Licenses preferred. If do not hold, willing to get license within 30 days of hire
- Work may be performed under extreme weather conditions including hot and cold ambient temperatures.
- Must be able to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50 to 100 pounds.
- Qualified Candidate must be able to pass a physical examination by medical professional for the anticipated work requirements.
- Must be able to pass a background check and be able to obtain access to military bases across the United States.
- A valid driver’s license is required, as well as a safe driving record as measured by company policy.
- A current DOT medical card required or able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
