Enviro Vantage, Inc., an industry‑leading Environmental Remediation & Demolition Contractor established in 1985, serves projects nationwide and across the Caribbean. We are looking to add to our incredible team.

• Work on site supporting different tasks for demolition and construction projects.
• Torch cutting different types of material.
• Rigging experience helpful.
• Ability to adhere to all OSHA, EPA, federal, state, and company hazardous materials laws and policies.
• Be a strong team leader/player with a positive attitude who is hard‑working and motivated every day.

• Minimum of 2 years construction experience required.
• OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 required. If not current, willingness to obtain the certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with construction hand tools required.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment preferred, but not required.
• Torch cutting and rigging experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or vocational schooling preferred, but not indispensable.

• Coordination:
  Ability to coordinate actions with other workers on busy construction sites.
• Attendance:
  Ability to complete work projects on time and in an effective manner; regular and prompt attendance is essential.
• Working Conditions:
  
  Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, dust, rain, pollution, and toxic atmospheres.
• PPE:
  Ability to wear required PPE, including respirator, and participate in OSHA-required medical surveillance programs as necessary.
• Lifting:
  Ability to lift construction debris and pick up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Climbing:
  Ability to climb temporary or permanent stairs and ladders; regularly required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• Compensation Range: $32.00 - $35.00/hour.
• Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.

• Health Insurance:
  Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of the month following the date of hire.
• Retirement Plans: 401(k) 100% company match on the first 4% of employee contributions.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours per year.
• Sick Time: 56 hours per year.
• Paid Holidays: 8 company‑paid holidays per year.
