The Vehicle Technician is responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a busy dealership environment.

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles
• Diagnose and identify mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
• Complete warranty and repair work in line with manufacturer standards
• Perform vehicle health checks and report additional work required
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately within allocated times
• Maintain accurate job card and service documentation
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive workshop environment
• Keep up to date with manufacturer training and technical updates

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
