THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring all work is completed to the highest manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities include:

· Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs

· Diagnosing faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and systems

· Completing Electronic Vehicle Health Checks

· Identifying and reporting additional work required on customer vehicles

· Conducting road tests and vehicle inspections where required

· Working closely with the Service Department to ensure excellent customer communication

· Maintaining high levels of efficiency, quality, and workmanship

· Supporting apprentices and less experienced technicians when appropriate

ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have:

· NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

· Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic

· Full UK Driving Licence

· Diagnostic experience desirable

· Previous dealership or manufacturer experience desirable

· MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
