is seeking a detail'oriented part-time Accounts Payable /Receivable Clerk to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast'paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and credit card transactions
  • Maintain organized AP files and documentation


Accounts Receivable:

  • Generate and send customer invoices
  • Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on past'due balances
  • Assist with collections in a professional, customer'focused manner
  • Maintain accurate AR records and support month'end closing


General Accounting Support:

  • Assist with account reconciliations
  • Support month'end and year'end processes
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners
  • Perform additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed



Qualifications:

  • Previous AP/AR or general accounting experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting coursework a plus
