Staff Accountant is responsible for preparing accurate and timely monthly financial statements for an assigned portfolio of properties and associations. Working within established policies and accounting standards, this role ensures transactions are properly recorded, accounts are reconciled, and variances are researched and explained.
Serving as a key financial partner to Community Managers and Boards, the Staff Accountant provides reliable reporting, supports budget preparation, and helps maintain the overall financial integrity of the communities they serve.
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
