Payroll Manager / Payroll Specialist - Up to $95k + bonus

Our client, a growing multi-location organization, is looking to hire an experienced Payroll Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about process improvement and operational efficiency. Hybrid Work Schedule

• Manage full-cycle, multi-state payroll processing for a large employee population
• Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, garnishments, and tax information
• Audit payroll data and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Partner with HR and leadership on payroll-related inquiries and reporting
• Prepare year-end payroll activities and support audit
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve systems
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll operations and vendor relationships
• Support payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Experience processing payroll for a large, multi-state workforce
• Strong proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Process improvement mindset with strong attention to detail
