Overview
Senior Accountant | $100K–$110K + Bonus | Pennsylvania HYBRID
Private Equity-backed organization hiring Senior Accountant driven by organization’s growth. Help build scalable accounting processes while gaining exposure to acquisitions, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives, consolidations and more!
Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial reporting
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Perform complex account reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with consolidated financial reporting and financial analysis
- Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and automation
- Support acquisition due diligence, purchase accounting, and post-acquisition integrations
- Partner with leadership on special projects and strategic finance initiatives
- 4+ years Accounting experience + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience w/ GAAP, general ledger accounting, and month-end close
- Public accounting, or Private equity or startup / high-growth environments
- Percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting
- Significant visibility, hands on Accounting/Finance + growth potential
- Opportunity to support acquisitions and business integration initiatives
- Exposure to process improvement, automation, and finance transformation

- 40–45-hour work week
