DESCRIPTIONOF WORK
This position supports a wide range of correspondence, research and record maintenance activities that help ensure vehicle information is accurate and that customers receive clear guidance. As a Clerical Assistant 3, you will perform the following duties:
- Executive Correspondence:
Research, draft, and revise formal correspondence for leadership while ensuring accuracy and consistency - Program Letters:
Format and type letters related to a variety of programs for internal and external customers - Record Maintenance:
Maintain lienholder files, electronic records, and work logs with careful attention to detail - Research
Activities:
Conduct detailed research using multiple systems and references to verify vehicle records and resolve discrepancies - Customer Support:
Respond to inquiries through phone calls, email, and electronic messages to resolve issues and provide information

WORK SCHEDULE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
