Looking to become part of a Team providing essential services to the local community? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Admin team for 36 hrs per week as an Admin Assistant supporting primarily services for the Rural Support Team, who work Out of Hours.

A minimum of 2 years administrative experience and excellent communication skills are preferred but not essential.

This position provides admin support to team, District Manager OOH and the Clinical Lead. The role entails working on the reception/ answering calls, rota management, organising appointments; servicing; minute taking and compiling and maintaining data bases and answering any general enquires.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a
Skilled Worker visa
or a
Health and Care Worker visa.
NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for this role.
