This position supports driver licensing services by assisting customers, reviewing documents, and entering accurate information into state systems. Through your work, you will help maintain safe, lawful licensing practices while providing clear guidance to the public.
- Customer Interaction:
Greet applicants, verify identification documents, answer questions, and guide customers through licensing steps - Test Administration:
Give knowledge tests and vision screenings to evaluate applicant readiness and understanding of driving laws - Information Entry:
Input test results, applications, and customer information into online licensing systems - Service Guidance:
Explain requirements for REAL IDs, renewals, duplicates, out-of-state transfers, CDL rules, and related services - Record Support:
Prepare restoration requirement letters and review records to provide accurate documents to customers - Regulation Compliance:
Follow REAL s, fee waiver guidelines, customer service policies, and Title VI requirements

Work Schedule and Additional Information- Full-time employment, 40 hours/week
- Work hours are 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Overtime and travel to other driver license centers may be required as necessary.

- One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.
