The Walnut Street Theatre seeks an Associate Audience Services Manager to support our front-of-house operations. The Associate Audience Services Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming experience for attendees to the Mainstage and Independence Studio on 3 productions, and special events. Responsibilities include general customer service, gift shop management, scheduling database management, and coordinating volunteer ushers. Applicants must have excellent people skills, strong computer skills, be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, seasonal position starting now through May 30, 2027. This position requires a 6 day a week schedule, including nights and weekends.
The salary is $760/week plus excellent benefits.
BA or equivalent experience
