We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Privacy Incident Analyst to support privacy incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation within a financial services environment. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in privacy operations, compliance, risk management, or financial services who want to contribute to protecting sensitive client information and strengthening privacy practices.

• Research, review, and investigate potential privacy incidents reported through the division's fraud hotline and other designated channels.
• Analyze incident reports to identify, assess, investigate, and resolve potential privacy issues in accordance with established procedures.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk incidents to appropriate stakeholders for review and resolution.
• Obtain necessary approvals for corrective actions and maintain accurate investigation documentation.
• Prepare professional privacy incident correspondence and respond to routine privacy-related inquiries.
• Follow guidance and direction from Global Privacy and Legal Privacy teams.

• Assess potential control failures and identify risks associated with privacy incidents and data handling processes.
• Partner with management and relevant business stakeholders to address control gaps and ensure high-risk scenarios are appropriately corrected.
• Support corrective action initiatives designed to reduce client impact, strengthen controls, and prevent recurring incidents.
• Apply a risk-mitigation mindset when evaluating privacy issues and recommending appropriate next steps.

• Assist with maintaining written procedures that document privacy incident investigation processes and workflows.
• Coordinate the distribution of updated privacy policies, procedures, and process documentation to relevant business units.
• Stay informed about applicable regulatory procedures, compliance requirements, and changes affecting privacy incident management.
• Support privacy incident prevention initiatives, including employee awareness, training, and reinforcement of established privacy procedures.

• Build effective working relationships with internal teams, management, and business partners to support privacy incident resolution.
• Participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives, and other assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive client and business information.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in data privacy, compliance, risk management, fraud investigations, financial services operations, or a related field.
• Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are mandatory for submission.
• SIE certification is included in the role's stated licensing profile; confirm whether it is mandatory or preferred before submission.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and professional incident correspondence.
