Heavy Civil Superintendent | Pennsylvania | $150k - $190k

We're working with a heavy civil contractor on a federal infrastructure rehabilitation project, and they need a Superintendent who's ready to dig into something technical. This one's a multi-million dollar structural rehab, roughly two years start to finish, with physical work kicking off in early 2027. It's the kind of job where the details actually matter, rock walls, anchors, big concrete pours, not a standard grade-and-pave gig.

The Role:

You'd be running vertical rock wall cutback and lining, tieback anchor installation, and access roads built to DOT standard. Drilling stays in-house right through to the roadway work, and a good chunk of your time will go into large-scale concrete restoration and formwork.

• You've run heavy civil or heavy highway jobs as a Superintendent
• You know your way around structural concrete restoration and big formwork
• You're happy setting a job up from nothing, equipment list and mobilization plan included
• Rock excavation, tieback anchors, or dam and spillway rehab work
• In-house drilling experience
• Federal or Army Corps of Engineers project history
• Based on-site in north-central Pennsylvania, no travel involved
• Coming on early to help plan the job before ground breaks is a real plus here
